Assisted Living Placements does everything in its power to find the very best assisted living communities and homes. Assisted Living Placements requires and inspects all assisted living communities and homes state and local licensing. A multifaceted assessment process, which includes physical inspections of all facilities, develops into an unique grading matrix. It is using this proprietary matrix which allows Assisted Living Placements to provide seniors and families with more valuable information than any other company.
WHAT IF WE ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A COMMUNITY OR HOME REFERRED BY ASSISTED LIVING PLACEMENTS?
All participating providers are independent and not owned or controlled by Assisted Living Placements; however, unlike other referral services Assisted Living Placements takes dissatisfaction very seriously. If for any reason you have concerns about a community referred by Assisted Living Placements, we will act as 3rd party arbitrators to facilitate a resolution and if culpability is determined by Assisted Living Placements on the part of the facility and if that facility fails to rectify the problem Assisted Living Placements will remove the offending facility from its referral database, and if appropriate, report facility to appropriate government agencies.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO THE TOURS ASSISTED LIVING PLACEMENTS PROVIDES?
Each case is different and in many times multiple tours will be required to pinpoint the best facility or community. Assisted Living Placements will provide tours, counseling and referrals as long as it is apparent progress toward a positive placement is being made. Call today to start planning
