"Los Tiempos with Janeth and Lesly Figueroa is a WONDERFUL senior care home.  As you know, I moved my mom there the early part of February and she couldn't have been happier or in a better place.  I might have written you upon returning to Sacramento after moving Mom that it was the first time in years that I felt I didn't have to worry about her, she was in very good hands. 

Los Tiempos, as well as being a cheerful and open environment, is extremely clean and very well organized.  Paperwork, legalities, dietary and prescription needs, activities dependent upon residents' interests and laundry all taken care of with efficiency, dignity and love.  Within only a day or two they really KNEW my mom, adapted to her moods, provided excellent hygiene, exercise, gently and diplomatically taking the initiative to provide for her every need.

Regretfully, my mom passed away a week ago.  She again had been in and out of the hospital with Janeth and/or Lesly making at least daily visits to see her, taking clean clothes, staying to visit with her, sometimes returning in the evening.  They are two very compassionate people; they cared deeply about my mom even in the short time she was there.  I had many conversations with them about her general health, changes in her mood/manner, etc.  They were very communicative, always letting me or my brother know how things were going.

I write this as a letter of recommendation for Janeth's and Lesly's facility, Los Tiempos (as well as for your placement service).  I would refer anyone to these givers of care.  I was so happy that when my mother passed, Janeth was there holding her hand.  Mom did not die in a hospital room, at Avalon, Diamond Manor or in her home by herself.  She was in a place with thoughtful and loving people who I would wish to have care for me or any family member. 

Thank you again, Patrick.  Fate guided me to your doorstep and my family and I so much appreciate your ability to assess facilities and caregivers and make appropriate recommendations to those in need of quality care."

"...Both of my parents had shown dramatic declines as of the beginning of the year. That continued to be a roller coaster. In June my Dad had 3 TIAs and Mom weakened rather rapidly. Dad was hospitalized on June 2, then placed on Hospice Care on June 6. Mom passed away June 13th in her sleep. We had her memorial on June 20th. My Dad passed away on June 22nd and we had his memorial on June 27. They are at peace and together again. I want you to know that you have been a wonderful resource for me. You helped me find Harmony, who could not have been more perfect for my Mom’s dementia years. They were kind and so sensitive to her individual needs. There are not words to thank you enough.

I have referred so many people to you and have found that the feedback from those I’ve given your name to is much the same as my own experience. I will continue to refer people to you, as even now, everyone I know is aware of my experiences over the last few years and I’ve become a resource.

"We placed my Grandmother in one of Sally’s homes on Thursday! Thank you so very much for assisting with finding a home. It was a hard decision to choose between Sally’s place and Tess’ place. But the deciding factors were there are less residents at the one I chose and she is about three minutes away from my home! We also ended up getting her a private room. Tess and Sally keep wonderful homes, their caregivers seem to really care, and are such nice people. My grandma is happy and comfortable. I’m so glad you recommended board and care homes as an option for her, I think it is a better place for her than a nursing home. I can’t tell you how relieved I am that this week is over and my Grandma has a new home that we are all happy with.
